Small prison server

Looking to buy a small, completed OP prison server (Pref. with a playerbase).
The buildz from E-Z MUST be different, and cannot be the same building changed to different colours.
The spawn can be pretty much anything, if it works/matches with other builds, and provides the essential needs that a spawn should have.
I'm looking to only spend about 500$

All different in builds completely.
Has a few custom plugins like a custom rank up. Has a built plot world and a custom mine world.
Just released last week.
Has a player base of around 10 active players at the same time.
