Hi, where should i set the world border on a minecraft smp, i have like 300gb of storage.

Doubt you'll max out your storage.
You should probably set world-border only to make it easier for players to find and interact with one another.

I want to pregenerate the world, so it does not cause lag when players load chunks

If it's smp for friends 10000x10000 is good. If you want have public server maybe 15k x 15k or 20k x 20k
