Position (that you want): I am a really exceptional manager, therefore I can do Configuration, plugin management, developement progression management, and also backend work.
Past Experience: I am Manager for the ParallaxMC Network, and Affixial said I am up for the Legendcraft team if a spot opens up
What you will do to help as a Staff Member: I will do Forum and server moderation, and as well as anything you need basically. I am good at Talking and communicating with the community, Keeping up with player reports, server setups, and Plugin testing with developers.
Why you want to join as a Staff Member: Honestly, I have worked with smaller servers in the past, and I think it is time to upgrade. I am too talented to be working with smaller servers under 10 players. love Minecraft and people and I am a hardworking person, all those things combined make a dedicated staff member. I have worked with many servers over the last few years and have been extremly dedicated to each server. I have only ever had one hiccup and had to resign from a server because of personal things. I promise you all at SMSM that I will be one of your most involved and dedicated staff members if I get the opportunity.
Also, this server looks very professional even though I have never heard of it. I believe that I will fit in perfectly fine, and get along with all the other staff members on the server! Let me start off by saying I have been a loyal staff member on many servers but sadly had to resign on the most recent one due to some personal things going on in my life. I recently have been on the prowl for a new server to bring my expertise to and was disappointed by how little of them catch my eye, this server is very different. It is unique and looks like it can become a very popular and good server. I very much want to be a part of this unique server so in other words, this means a lot to me.
Anything Else?: In the following year, I am learning Coding for websites, and I am currently learning MySQL and Linux essentials.
I also am good at management, and my expertise at that is substantial and would fit this server perfectly!

Introduction:
I guess I'll introduce myself a little first. My name is Tony Dorain, but online I go by Mr_Ogre. I am 18 years old. I've been running servers on and off for about two years now, and I'm always learning different things every time I start up something new. I always overcome the challenges that I face because I don't like to be beaten and I can be up in till midnight or in till the next morning trying to fix an issue. When I started running servers I was completely horrible who isn't? It took me a while to get use to the configs, fixing bugs, and more. I have a lot of experience under my belt. I've worked around a lot of other servers which I'll include in the (Past Experience part). I love making servers or helping somebody run them not for the money but for the excitement of building a player base and making friends. I love the sense of accomplishment when you hit that certain milestone.

What you will do to help as a Staff Member:
I can contribute my experience and having developed many skills over my years of playing Minecraft, I can use the skills I have learnt to help the SMSMCraft community and server. I have a friendly and humorous characterism which can help support my role as a mod when helping players. Due to my soon to be devotion towards the server I can be on almost always, activeness won't have to be worried about with me. And lastly, I have a good sense of right and WRONG, am a fairly fast typer, respect higher authority, can think on my feet and, when given a problem, I analyze the best solution and follow through with whatever actions are necessary. I also do not form bias towards or against certain players, and would persecute and judge all players equally. Although I could possibly have less experience as a moderator than other applicants, I am not obligated to spend time on most other servers, so I would be more active. Channeling my energy toward something helpful would be very fulfilling, and I think this is one way I could do that.

When I play I notice "Hackers" every now and then and I feel like it's unfair to me, other players, and the whole community. I then wanted to become a Administrator. I also have a lot of spare time to use usually 6 hours each day on the server, if I ever had to be gone for a while (Trips, Vacation, Homework, etc...), I would always notify another staff or the owner. I also am very active as I said and friendly I will never abuse my rights for my own needs nor will I cheat, hack, etc. I will treat every player with respect and I will treat them the way I would like to be treated. Some techniques I use to catching hackers are going in /v or using a Invisibility pot and going around the player in combat while in /Gm 1. I will notify them why they are being banned, and I will provide them with a Ban appeal link. If a player need's help, I wont be lazy and pretend not to see it, I will help them because there is a reason why I'm administrating and that's to help and make the server fun and clean. I feel like administrating a server, not so I can have more power than others, it's so I can use my powers to help others, instead of using it against them. It will be my goal to not get a hacker in trouble, but to get the hacker out of trouble.

I'm in the Eastern Standard Time, somewhat understanding Spanish, Also my WiFi is strong enough to administrate servers and won't have a lot of downtime at home.

Huge Devouch, the owner is extremely rude to his staff. He is 15 so please do not expect much from him. I was admin on this server and the server is not cared for, it's a server just for money, they don't care about the players. It's cracked so they can get a big playerbase. I would highly recommend Not applying for this server. (Said as nicely as possible..)

You should just sit back and realize that you were dropped and kicked the nicest way possible. Me and Local agreed upon kicking you the day/two days prior to you saying that. That is obviously why the chat was so dead. You just need to wipe up your tears and move on bud.
