SnowPiex Network | Looking for efficient staff

As you can see by the title of this post. I'm looking for some staff for an upcoming network. Lately I've been lacking with the 'Staff' for say. All my recent staff have moved on to different servers causing a missing gab to the servers I own, and run.

This being said, I'm looking for players who can build, code, Make GFX, for my network. Currently I don't have the amount of funds to pay for the GFX, Builds. This being said, don't stop reading due to a hole in my pocket. I know many people want to make money. Money = Life. But you need experience, to get more opportunities. I'm looking for builders, GFX, staff, builders, and developers who want to make a difference. Eventually helping me could get you some money, due to helping me. But you will not get paid right this second.

I know many people in the MC-Market, are server owners themselves, if you have a recommendation of a staff member, who you feel is a good staff, but not for your server. Feel free to give them the link to this post.

Positions :

Moderator
- Simple moderation staff rank.
Administrator
- Manager of the Lower ranks. (Mod-Member)
HeadAdministrator
- Manager of Lower ranks (Admin-Member)
Manager
- Manager of Lower ranks (HeadAdmin-Member) = Will be oped. This would be like a co-owner, but only more active, and more responsible.
Developer
- Server developer. Can give suggest plugins.
Builder
- Server builder, able to build for the server.
HeadBuilder
- Best builder, and able to be the "Leader" of Builders.
DesignBuilder
- Gives a rough scratch of the server, Drawling etc. (class)
BaseBuilder
- Main builder. (class)
BuildTeam
- Officially apart of the SnowPiex build team (always opped)
GFX
- Server gfx : makes banners, server icons, drawls, make only server related GFX for SnowPiex,

I think a lot of people are going to be turned off by the fact you want to pay them "After the server gets big", there is no guarantee on success, so, there is no guarantee on money. If you can't pay, it's going to be hard finding people dumb enough to work. Also, what are Developers always ranked over builders and are generally prioritised to be paid? Both groups have equal importance to the server.

My l reality is. I don't make a enough money to just spend it around, for people helping me out. I wanted to hire staff, devs etc. So they can help it get big. If it doesn't get successful it doesn't.
