So i created an agency a month ago with 2 friends.
System was to build a community and operate in discord.
I hired around 15 digital services providers, designers, developers and video editors to end up with only 2 of them actually delivering HQ work and active.
We create threads in forums advertising the Service providers and we end up having closing up to 27k$ deals.
Until last week we trusted someone and he ended up deleting whole channels & tickets.
We got back tho, new tickets coming in, new projects signed.
But I have that vision where I can take this simple discord server into a 1M$ Idea.
I’m confident that’s everything is doable. However the tasks that I have to do are close to unlimited and I can’t get a lot done in a short amount of time that’s why I have to surround myself with skilled individuals who see potential and some things and doesn’t leave opportunities on the table.
Was fun sharing this experience I might keep it up

The thing is with Brandforge is, I’m most important thing is the service providers.
If i manage to get only 1 HQ UI/UX designer and 1 HQ Video Editor, then I hit the jackpot.
By HQ, I mean someone who can do a really great work in short amount of time and know how to talk to customers.
