So I need some ideas

Hi there, you might know me as Ecliptical Configs or as VipFTW is my ign. I would like to announce I am creating a server but I need some help from you guys. If you have played on custom factions servers you would notice some unique ideas, I thought I want to make a custom enchants server plus add more stuff. So I came to you MC Market members to help me think of ideas. I've worked for many servers, I own one server and one network with some friends. So like I said I need some ideas, I need ideas that would make players want to come back or even give me ideas of things you would like to see on my server and that would make you want to play more, is it the staff, plugins, theme, anything just tell me.

My Opinion, just do something completely crazy and different. Don't constrain yourself to the thinking of 'factions' or 'prison' servers. Get some beta testers and dedicated developers onboard and do something awesome and different. That in itself (given some decent marketing and hyping) should render you players.
