Since you're looking for staff, change your prefix from Offering to Requesting. That way, people will know you're requesting staff and not offering a service

To me this implies that there are zero out of six helper positions available. If you would rename the title of the section "Positions Filled," or change the numbers from 0 to it's maximum number, I feel like it would be more self explanatory. Or maybe that's just me.
