Spam/Cuss Preventing Plugin

Hey MCM!

I am in search of a plugin that disables spam, giving out IP addresses, and cuss words. I would be willing to have someone custom make a plugin but I know there are several premade plugins out there. Im just looking for something that will suite my needs and is the most efficient.
What im looking for:
- Blocks spam (cool down possibly)
- Blocks Cuss words
- Blocks words that are similiar to cuss words for example fukk or sh1t
- Blocks server IP addresses
- Warning system. The player gets 5 warning every 24 hours. If the player looses all warnings the player will be muted. The players warnings will then be set to 3. If the player uses all warning again they will be muted for the rest of the day. Warnings are reset every 24 hours.
- I dont want hello to be blocked because of the word hell in it.

Try the plugin ChatControl, I believe it has most if not more than all the features you want.
