Who are we?
Sphyre is a service team that offers various digital products for users to purchase. Sphyre will have Website Designers, Java Developers, Graphic Designers, and so much more of a variety of freelancers to offer you the best products. In addition to all of this, our products will be a reasonable price allowing almost anyone to easily get exactly what they need. We're specifically aiming to recruit approximately 20-30 freelancers overall. More if necessary. Lastly, we're going to be recruiting the best and most talented freelancers from everywhere.

Who are we looking for?
At the moment, we're currently looking for freelancers, Sales Representatives, and Managers.

Sales Representatives
While maintaining the amount of work each freelancer gets, we need to ensure that we have Sales Representatives. Sales Representatives are the ones who are going to be assisting both the consumer and freelancer in situations involving commissions and purchases. Sales Representatives are going to be the ones who are representing the company. We're specifically going to be looking for the most mature and professional candidates to run this position. At the moment, we're aiming to have 4-5 Sales Representatives.

Freelancers
Every company needs freelancers. Without them, a company doesn't exist. Freelancers are the ones in the company that will create the products for consumers. In addition to that, they're the ones who get paid the most. Sphyre will allow you to show off your amazing skills by creating products for other people, and then making money off of it.

Managers
Last, but not least, we have the managers. Managers in every company are the overseers of every single company. They help maintain the Sales Representatives, the freelancers, the members, the company itself everything. However, this position is a lot more difficult to obtain compared to the other positions. Managers need to be mature, have a vast amount of experience, be at least 15 years of age, and have the ability to dedicate a grand amount of time to Sphyre.

Payments
Our payment system is very simple, as long is you read this carefully. The money that is paid by the consumer will be split into three parts, belonging to the Sales Representative, the freelancer, and the company itself. The Sales Representative will have a glamorous 10% of the commission, the freelancer will have 82% of the commission, and lastly, Sphyre will receive 8% of the commission. If anyone has an issue with this, please discuss it in private with one of our managers or our CEO.
