Spigot Authentication causes issues with PUTTY?

Hello all,

I've recently come to an conclusion that 90% of the time when starting spigots with authentication servers checking if your licence is valid causes issues when starting servers with PUTTY.

I don't exactly know the reason or a fix for the issue.

Anyone got any ideas?
