Hello! Thank you for reading my post. I am looking for a Co-Owner and a Head-Administrator for my up-coming prison themed minecraft server. I am a very experienced server owner, I have owned a wide variety of servers including; RPG, Factions, Kit-PvP, Basic Prison and a couple more. Skype (Microphone required): I do have a Skype as well as a SenTey Head Set
Skill level (1 through 10): If I had to rate myself id give myself a 8 on skill level because I own a prions server as well and I did a lot of the setup work so I know what i'm doing for the most part.
Time you can come on per day (approx.): Time I don't know But I can come on periodically throughout the day as I will also be on for a bulk amount of time as well just depending on what it is that I'm doing that day some times I can be on all day others I may not be able to get on it all just depends on the day I guess.
What are your experiences?: I am the Main Owner of my Op Prison server I am a Moderator on a Op Prison server called Brick Prison And I was a Helper on a server a long time ago sadly it shut down (I honestly forget the server name as well it was that long ago) But all my server experience is on a prison server (I also Own a factions server so i know how to set those up as well. And I am also staff on a few friends servers but I don't count those. I am fairly good at pex and I know group manager pretty well i'm good at building as well also I Am good at setting up perms as well as making new idea's and other things like that.
Why should I choose you as my Head-Admin for my server?: You should chose me to be Head-Admin on your server because I am the only one that has applied so far. So that is One Reason. another Reason why you should pick me to be Admin on your server is Because I know what to do I know a lot of the punishment rules and time for each one (obviously this is a different server so you may have different rules that I have to learn but that wont be hard) I am also good at solving problems between others. Also I like to have fun with what I do so I try to make the server fun by doing drop party's and other things (of course I would ask for permission to spawn things in if I don't have enough stuff for a drop Party of my own items. Also I can help with plugins as well as get you some cheap custom plugins from my developer!! Other than that I don't know what else to say.

No, I am afraid not. I used to pay my staff but they didnt do a good job once I started paying them they never came on so I don't do that any more unless I seriously trust you.

If you get the donations for it, you should pay your higher staff.

Most 9-12 year olds will work for anything

But more mature, and better staff will have better motivation with money.


Both my Co-Owners are paid(One does building, the other does developing)

I also have 4 management postions that are paid(SysAdmin, Builder, Developer, Ect)

I obviously pay builders and developers so yeah, I just dont pay staff because once I do they just stop doing stuff.

I am a pretty well good Server Manager/ Co Owner. What would this job do? If it's something interesting I will think about it. But I don't go to a server for free unless I really like the server or I get paid. Thanks.

Basically helping me setup and run the server. Once donations come in I will take a cut out of it to pay you.
