I have expanded on my first application (created Tuesday) as I have used it on servers before. I used to create spawns and koths (HERE) and I would be able to supply the server for free with them if you want (they are ok but I'm not very good at building.) The one thing I am not so confident about is screen sharing, I know the basics and if I am selected for the staff team I may need a mentor or screen sharing lessons to practice more advanced techniques. This took me a long time to make but I'm willing to give up my time to help your server, Enjoy!

Like mentioned in my other application I was an Admin on an HCF server called RazerHCF (which has been closed down) where I learnt more professional commands and was well respected on the server while I was constantly getting more experienced as the server went on. On RazerHCF I had to deal with hackers and overall rule breakers every day because of the popularity of the server at certain times usually peaking to around 100-200 players at one time. I was also a helper on a server called ProdigyGames which has also been closed and I just had to deal with chat most of the times to prevent any racial slurs or arguments from starting. FuturePvP: I was Moderator on here, they had a lot of trust in me as I had done so much for them. I was also the leader of the events team. This gained me respect and therefore I built relationships with the community which I proceed to do on your server! AloneHCF: Alonehcf was one of my most recent servers where I moderated, It averaged around 30-40 players at peak times as the server was fairly small, I was Mod on Alone and probably the most active staff member within my time zone. DroidHCF/VayloxHCF: This by far most recent server which I moderated, I only ever got to moderate on Kitmap which lasted about 2-3 weeks as the server got ETB'd during SOTW on HCF and after that they tried to release it again but the player count was too low and the owners just gave up on it as they were quite immature. AcademyKits: This was a kitpvp/practice server which I was Mod+ on and it averaged about 20 players constantly but unfortunately it went down to a lack of funding like the other servers! I was friends with the owner on AcademyKits and we tried to start it up again yet soon after he failed to pay the bills leading to the server going down once again. I always give a warning before I take action against the players as that is the type of person I am with the exception of hackers where they are banned on sight.
Why do you want to become a staff member?:
I am mature, kind, and helpful. I meet the requirements both when I am in-game and when I am on the forums. I am constantly reminding players that were not following the rules to indeed do so, such as spamming. Or an example in game would be somebody double posting. I am very helpful because when I am in-game or on the forums, I will respond to any questions that people are asking me, many questions that I often get are ‘How do I apply for Staff? I want to become a member of the staff team because I am a friendly, kind and thoughtful person. I would like to help this server improve on making the community a nicer place and help make my fellow Players as happy as possible, as well as under control. Because of me being EU I will be able to moderate the server when other US staff members are resting as usually rule breakers will commit these actions while there are fewer staff members online as they have higher chances of getting away with it. I will try my best to keep problem makers under control as I will not take sides. I would also like to be a staff member as it is a role where responsibility and around the clock work is well needed, I can take up all the responsibilities as I can spend a lot of time on your server. From experience, I can definitely confirm that players enjoy a server well moderated and under control, I can assist this server in doing this leading it to become even more popular than it already is. I will do everything in my power to give everyone the best experience on your server they can. I would like to spend my time productively with your server enforcing the rules and overall having a good time with my fellow players.
What are your intentions when you become staff?:
I think I could help your server because I can withstand a lot of pressure (I can keep control of the server when people are panicking) when coming to things like DDoS threats/attacks and hacking groups such as ETB. Another thing is that I am very flexible and can stay on the server for most of the day to keep the server clean, unlike other applicants. For instance as I can be on for most of the day I can help who is in need of it where as other applicants would not be online to do their job properly and if it was hackers which were the issue then they could kill off the whole server (phasing into bases, killing everyone and making them raidable) and possibly be making the community quit and dislike your server for the 'inactive' staff.
What separates you from other applicants?:
I feel as if I'm a better applicant than the majority because I am mature for my age, can take the job very seriously when needed however I can be fun and a nice person to be around as I like to help others.
Activity : I think this is one of the main things of being a staff member (except being kind and considerate for those who are in need but also firm and strict when rules are being breached) because if you are not online to do anything you might as well not have the job and the job go to someone who is active and enforces the rules.
Patient : As an experienced staff member I know this is just as important as other things I have mentioned in my application because a number of times I've seen friends been banned from being frozen and staff members not giving them enough time to load up join.me because they have a bad PC or even just to download it. So I am willing to wait for most things but if someone starts to waste my time when I can be helping someone else who needs my assistance I will quickly enforce the rules.
Honesty : Also a very strong point which Is needed to be a staff member, I never lie as I have been brought up to tell the truth except from when Is needed, for example I once screen shared a user making him think that another player has reported him for cheating and that I needed to ss him to check that he was clean but I was really ssing him because I had received reports of him ddosing a few members of our community, which he had.
Organisation : When it comes to being organised I would be considered as rather OCD type person I like to keep things in order, if that is to be monitoring the forums, cleaning up the server from cheaters or helping people in general.
Resilience : As mentioned above I can withstand a lot of pressure (I can keep control of the server when people are panicking) when coming to things like DDoS threats/attacks and hacking groups such as ETB.
Leadership : I have the potential to motivate and lead others in order to achieve common objectives. I also have the ability to solve problems and conflicts quickly.
Confident : I consider myself extremely confident in the things that I do. Being confident is one of the main skills of being a staff member because, without it, you may get into very difficult situations e.g. Youtuber cheating, Staff abusing, DDoS threats and much more.

I'm a 14-year-old boy from the UK which loves to play Basketball, I am currently in the testing phase of joining my local team. I also live stream games on the PS4.
My main skills as a staff member are being able to communicate and understand the player's needs/problems. I I have used a client in the past and have just found the game boring ruining others experiences so I decided to come clean but that was at least two years ago. My greatest strength is that I know a lot about moderating servers from my variety of experience mentioned above and I know how to spot any flaws in the system of the server where if that's a bug or a rule breaker. I'm a nice and approachable person if you find me on Teamspeak and ask a question. I will answer most of the time unless I'm afk or really busy. I had a break from Minecraft over Christmas and Easter to spend more time with my family and now I'm back more interested than ever before!
