Staff Chat Plugin

Hey,

I'm looking for someone who can code a staffchat plugin that can be ran on a bungeecord server.

The basic idea is this,

/staffchat {message}
/chat staff (makes all your messages go into staff chat)
/chat global (turns your chat back to global chat)

Format:
[STAFF] [PREFIX] {Name}: {Message}

Additionally I need a join and leave message for all staff.

Format:
[STAFF] [PREFIX] {Name} joined.
[STAFF] [PREFIX] {Name} left.



Eventually I want to connect this system to our Nick and Vanish plugins, making it so when a player nicks or vanishes that goes into the Staff Chat as well.
