Hello MC-Market!

I'm seeking people who have a lot of experience with servers. I've thought this over many times. I need staff members who are dedicated and mature enough to come be apart of the tem.

We need:
Helpers: Chat/Forum Moderation.
Mods: Handles bans, mutes, Chat/Forums Moderation
Manager: Someone to be in charge of Staff/Community.
A developer team: Preferably people who work well together and have a lot of experience.

As the server is starting out developers will not be paid as my funds are limited However, I fully expect this to become a massive server, really quickly and as a result, hopefully income will start to come in. Everyone who has helped with the project will be paid for their work fully. Also, I would hope the developer team would stay and help continue to develop Zestia. This could possibly become a very decent "job" for those involved with the server. DEVELOPERS(devs), ADMINS, MANAGER, WILL BE PAID REGULARLY. I DOUBT THIS WILL END IN FAILURE. ALL WE NEED IS DEDICATED PEOPLE.

Role: Owner, Web design, server funds & lead developer. (I will be taking care of all Payments to get this server started.)

Role: Administrator. Very mature person and is very capable.
KittyAyome:
Role: Graphic Designer, Head Administrator, in charge of all new staff members until a manager is hired.
VisionCoding:
Role: Developer.
BlueeDeww:
Role: Mod,

Role: Helper
RJ___:
Role: Helper, and Builder

More details on how this server works will be given to those who volunteer.
