Welcome! I am the owner of flameMC and I am looking for staff!!!
The server i being released sometime during april 1st. It is a OP-factions server with custom enchants just like cosmic pvps ones these are temp. here as of I need to hire a dev to make them for me

experience: I'm am currently a Co-Owner on TheMetris( factions server) which is still being work on and my job main on their is to interview the person that is applying for staff and ask them a series of questions about what they put on their application my other jobs is to see if a Developer actually knows how to code or did he just got his plugin from online:eek: ( And Yes I did have a case where fake that they coded something but he just get the plugin online :p.) I was also Mod on a server called MaxedOut factions where my job on there was monitoring the chat and helping the players. :)

about yourself:First, of all like I said I'm have been playing faction for a full year now and I know the concept of it so I can help player easily.I'm also not a person that well put the game first because my job is to help the players so whenever I'm pvpigng and someone ask for help I well stop fighting and help that player ASAP. What I will do to the benefit the server is an amazing staff member that can answer anything in a pretty fast time. I'm also good at catching hackers because hackers just ruined the experience for the other players and I don't want that to happen. I'm also very active, I'm on times where the hacker is usually online and trying to hack not going to happen on my watch bud ;):D I'm also very good at monitoring to keep it clean and threatless the chat whenever their is lot of player that when I do my best work :D:) and when their fewer players GG ;). What makes me separates from other is that I'm funny and time to time I will post something funny on the forums or the server to make the player have a better time on the server.;) I well also be checking the forums a lot as well because the form is important as the server :cool: I also well not be helping players with questions I will also be helping players PvPing or Raiding or Minecraft in general.:) I may seem young but I'm very mature for my age, in fact, I'm the top 10 most mature person in my class xD. I'm also an extremely hard working, whatever I do I'll try my best on it no matter have much I suck on it I well try my hardest. Lastly, whatever I set my mind to do I need to complete it that day or else I can't sleep .
time you can be: I can be on daily I can be on up tp 1-4 hours of my time.

Experience: First if all I have played Minecraft since its beta version along with factions for about 4 or so years. From this I am able to help out in any ways needed and answer almost any questions asked. I know the use of commands and items likewise. My experience as staff is quite vast including owning my own server called fishyfactions which had a player base of around 25 people and 2000 usernames recorded. Unfortunately this server was shut down due to my lack if time when this server was open and monetary reasons. I have also been staff on numerous servers from helper all the way up to co-owner. In 2013 I was paid to build a server for someone because they just wanted to advertise and have players. Currently I am staff on two servers one I am co-owner and the other I am helper. These servers have a low player base though and that is that reason I am trying to reach out for staff on another server. I am extremely dedicated to servers I am staffon and will do whatever it takes to help out.
About me: I can be on the server for a large amount of time. I have never been demoted but most of the servers I was staff on have since closed. I know what most hackers look like and I am also capable of recording for my YouTube channel. I can also advertise if necessary. I can also act spur of the moment if put in the situation and know what I should do if there are people advertising, spamming, hacking, ext.
Could I donate if needed: I may be able to donate if you have payment wall because I only have visa gift cards.
