Good day, MC-Market members. My name is SensualPidgeon and I am offering to be a Staff/Community Manager for any newcoming server who is in need of professional help. I've been in the staffing business for most of my Minecraft life and I consider to be a decent manager.
I've been recruited by small networks that sometimes didn't get as far but I've been a part of semi-large networks such as Battlerealms, which later merged with Zincbox, and then moved on the Cove which was owned by Grappeapplesauce and OrangeSausage. I achieved the rank of Sr. Moderator on the network until it went down. Anyhow, to business! What I can bring to your network are the following things:

  • Professional staff management
  • Maintaining a clean and respectable environment for the community
  • Three to six hours daily
  • Strictness when required
  • Flexibility on a moderate amount
  • Website support (posting announcements, player support, reports, etc)
  • Newly hired staff mentorship program
  • Lots more!

If you would like to contact me, by all means add my Skype
  • live:bortesibruno
PS: Due to the fact that I am not working on any server at the moment, I would dedicate my team full time to the network that I am hired on.

Thank you for reading this post and I hope that your day is fantastic!

Good luck :)
I just have one question of curiosity. What makes you different to a regular staff member, not a manager?
Thanks.
Hi there, Verbz!

Here's the answer to your question: Regular staff members don't see the fun in being a staff member since they're limited and cannot do whatever they desire. Me on the other hand, having experience with staffing, find that it's quite fun. I'm not your average Moderator who joins the team to have a title. I join the team to help out a server become a better place by helping with anything I possible can help and putting others' needs before mine.

This might not seem like much but in the end, it makes a difference!

It may seem fun for you, but in my opinion, that doesn't make you any different to a regular staff member. A manager needs to take on a lot more roles.
I was speaking on behalf of the regular staff member role, not the manager role, since your question was based upon that specific rank. Of course there are many different roles for a manager in which I'm very experienced in. As you read on the thread title I'm offering my position to management, not moderating.

My question was mortified on the subjective of the factor on what makes you better than a normal staff member, verdict to the fact that you do the same things that a server helper / staff member would do , and nothing that makes you stand out towards the perspective of driving towards being a manager.
Is there any particular reason why you decided to post on my thread when you have your own?
