So basically imo there should a lot of changes to how staff works.
Firstly there should be 'Middleman' Staff rank which should be specially picked by Mick staff members who are trustworthy and would NOT scam and are extremely reputable who are official Middlemen who mm for free or for a small percentage of the total cost. This would reduce scamming and people would know where to go if hey need a middleman.
Secondly there is a very small quantity of staff members, there is like 15k users, a lot of which are still active, how can 1 scam report staff and 2 moderators manage such a large quantity of people quickly and efficiently? Imo over the next 1-2 weeks Mick should find and pick another 1 scam report staff member and pick another 5 moderators, then the forums will be managed well and everything will progress quicker.
