StaffTime - Web Developer Needed For Creation

Hi MCM,

I am looking for a web developer who specialises in Microsoft API's, React and PHP/HTML to create an application called StaffTime, or PixelTime. Idk... haven't got the name yet.

Basically, you can see staff's timezones all in one place in your MC network, or even just a company. It's fully standalone and can be installed on a server and then customised as and see fit.

The example application I am basing this off of is spacetime.am, but it's not got the full feature list I am looking for in the application.
