I plan to make a community dedicated to online news/drama that will be the place to go for all the latest news in the e-sports/online drama world.
I need community managers for all the reletive sections as well as users who want to become 'Reporters' for the site and will post the news for all the world to see.
[PAID OPTION] I plan to give 80% of all the ad revenue generated by the site to the people who helped make it happen, so will be offering payments to the most active users to promote good content.
