Hi, I'm a manager for a build team that has recently started up, the head builders are quite professional and skilled while other members that are just recruited are poorly skilled and are only there just for size until there are is a replacement builder with better building skills. The portfolio is quite impressive but there isn't a site or any social media developed yet. I have been finding commission work through forums like this one but its not a great amount. I was wondering if the people who have experience in build teams, be able to give advice to make this team more successful.
