As a salesman at Startup Community you will be sending out offers (via e-mail, TeamSpeak 3, Enjin & more), finding the right products for all interested customers, figure out custom prices, replying to applications, following up all your customers & follow up on old customers. You will also be building your own customer database in one of our systems.

I'm fairly certain that this may be in the wrong section, seeing as how the section is labeled as 'Server Staff', and this is not a 'Server' but a 'Service'.

Are the age recruitments in any way flexible? I've personally found and believe that to an extent, age doesn't resemble the abilities or skills of individuals and therefore makes for an almost unreasonable requirement but one that is understandable from certain points of view and stereotypes. If you are willing to be flexible then I may will be considering signing up for this role. Also some more detail regarding the role would be great, considering there's not a lot on the website referred to either.

Thank you for replying to this thread!
I understand your concern about age requirement. Our main rule is unfortunately that the salesman has to be at least 16 years old.
Even though that is our main rule, we will take your application under consideration!
So feel free to send us an application.

I know for a fact that age does not have to impact the skills.
A multi-gaming community named WorldWideGaming was founded by me when I was only 14 years old. It grew and it became one of the biggest Arma 3 communities out there. The community was ranked as number 2 of all Arma 3 servers.
What I also know for a fact is that maturity (usually) comes with age, and I would be better off administrating that community now as I am 18 years old.
