I have a website (https://fierce-castle-57607.herokuapp.com/), but I want to have a custom domain for it and I can't do it with heroku. I would need a cheap ($3/month max) hosting for it and I will need help setting up my NodeJS website since I never deployed a website with a server and a database. I have the domain.

In order to host node JS, you will need to have a dedicated machine or a VPS server since Node JS is used to run web applications mainly.
