Okay so. I am not applying but I do want to give you some tips.
- Please Change your name. Sorry just there is to many *Craft or Super* or something like that. I mean it just seems unprofessional
- I would recommend getting some money and offering up front some money. If you are looking at the right developer they will be doing a lot of work for you so they need to know they are loved. And believe me, money is the way to a developers heart.
- If you are going to work out deals like 80/20 then you are going to go broke real fast, no matter what it should be server first. If you have enough money then you can pay other expense.
- Legal: If you are looking for a developer you are going to need legal advice and paperwork, a lot can go wrong - but a lot can go good. I recommend Rocket Lawyer
