Supreme Feature: Make your own shoutbox channels

I have an idea for a cool new supreme feature. Supreme users can make their own chat channel, password or no password. These would be temporary, after a certain period of time the inactive ones are removed. Let me know if you like the idea

I'm going to disallow this. My reason is stated above. And staff mods can't really watch hundreds of messages at once.

This would also decrease interest in the main shoutbox.
