I had this spawn built a while ago for one of my servers but never got round to fully using it. It has 32 plots for player-made markets which can be converted to anything you like. On either side of the bridges are a portal room and donator room for donator heads (Check images below). The build is double-sided, so it can be used in your build world and not enclosed if so desired.
I originally paid $190 for this from a build team but no longer require it. Upon purchase, I will send two schematics (Each half). The reason it comes in two is because it would crash our server when pasted in, even with AWE. If you would like it as one, I can combine them and send you the single one. The price I am looking for is about $140 at least, but will negotiate if necessary.
Can provide more screenshots upon request, although pretty much every aspect has been shown in them.
