It doesn't matter if the user is "Overwhelmed" he gave the buyer a deadline and the buyer paid accordingly to get his purchase by that deadline.

I have reason to believe this is not the real Swerve Designs. I contacted Swerve through his website, which can be found HERE. He replied very quickly, telling me his prices for logo design work starts at 50 GBP. I responded with a link to this thread mentioning that his prices here were significantly lower. The image below was his response.
