Tablist Ranks plugin

Hi! Im looking for a dev to make a TablistRanks plugin. I will offer $20-$50 for it. I want it to be kinda like pex but really all im looking for is a plugin that allows you to have tablist ranks. I want it to be like what mineplex has! Thanks!

Oh yeah, already finished the plugin, and the OP loves it
