TheCapitol | In need of good staff members currently

Hello,
My name is Alex or xBaebot, and I am one of the owners of a new hunger games server, TheCapitol. Now, there is a difference between this and say MCGamer; this is based primarily on the story of the hunger games. Obviously we'll have the game itself, but there'll also be a campaign version. This server has potential, as I am a very experienced developer and am currently working on it. With good servers, we need good staff and I know there are lots of good staff members here. So here are our requirements;

• You must have some experience with being a staff member, however exceptions can be made if the application is very good.
• You must be at least 13 years of age - no exceptions I'm afraid. If you're 12 and your birthday is soon, then feel free to apply and say that, and I can speak with our head of staff about it. Please don't lie about your age, as we'll backlist you when we find out - we will find out.
• You must be mature and be able to represent the staff team well.
• You must have good English skills and use them everywhere.
• You must have a recording software/device and a microphone.
• You must have a Skype and Google account.

Here is our hiring process;

1. I check the requirements and deny you if you don't meet them. If you meet them, you go on a Trello board with a link to your application.
2. Our head of staff, me and the other owner will comment on the application and come to a decision as to whether we should give you an interview or not.
3. If we give you an interview, it shall be on Skype with myself and the two other owners. You will be denied if you don't reach interview stage.
4. After the interview we will look more closely at the application, at the interview and come to a decision as to whether we want to accept you. If we accept you, you'll be messaged on Skype. If we deny you, you will also be messaged on Skype.

What are your previous staff experiences (if any) If was a moderator on EpicRaidsPvP but that shutdown.
Why should we choose you over someone else? I have good communication skills and friendship, and will work with anybody.
How can you positively benefit this server as a staff member? I'm good at spotting/detecting hackers, and i'm very good at finding hacks during a screenshare and i would love to keep this server's community fresh and hacker free.
What the your skills and assets that you hold that could benefit TheCapitol? I'm very good at detecting hacks and spotting them in a screenshare, i have good communication skills, and i love to help people, it's the best feeling in the world!
Do you agree not to discuss this application with anyone besides the owners? Yes, i agree to not discuss this application with anyone else other than the owners.

What country do you currently live in? I live in Australia and my time zone is australian eastern time zone.
How old are you? Don't lie, we'll know. I'm currently 12 turning 13 early this year.
What are your previous staff experiences (if any)? I was mod on Emerald Age. I was helper on WraggWorld and I was co-owner of LegendNetwork.
Why should we choose you over someone else? I think you should chose me because of my past experience and I would never abuse my powers.
How can you positively benefit this server as a staff member? If i got staff I would recommend the server to my friends and get more people on the server.
What the your skills and assets that you hold that could benefit TheCapitol? I'm hood at sorting things out between people and communication. I can detect hacks also.
