Who we are:
We're a PvP network that is bound for success. We have an amazing advertisement team, tons of connections, and some of the largest PvP communities on our side. Our team consists of very influential people in the PvP community, who know what content to dream up to please the players and provide hours of addicting fun. We launched the network on the 2nd of this month, and we have done quite well on donations considering the current quality and many issues within the network.
Our Problem:
Regardless of everything we've currently got going for us, we're in desperate need of a lead developer with past experience in working with larger sized networks. Someone who can create high quality & optimized plugins. Plugins that can withstand major traffic without busting or creating tons of lag on the network.
It seems like nowadays you must dump tons of funding in order to get something of quality. Unfortunately, tons of funding is not something that we currently have. We've halted all advertisement to the server until we can patch things up and get things fixed. We're still getting a decent player base considering many things are broken and we have very little advertisement.
Conclusion:
We're offering one person to hop aboard to part own this network with us. You help us towards the road to success, and we'll drag you along for the ride.
If you are very knowledgeable in development with past work experience in larger networks, contain leadership skills, have passion for what you do, have time to offer, can keep a good work ethic, and would like to potentially own a chunk of Minecraft's next largest PvP network, then feel free to PM me with a resume!
