1. All sales, once completed are final.
2. Reselling the setup, without the permission, or knowledge of an agent of the ThePro Setups, will result in the files being released.
3. You’re obligated by using ThePro Setups to pay 50% of the initial cost, before the project begins, but with the Teamspeak setup %100 of the cost must be paid upfront to prevent fraud.
4. Under no circumstances will any agent of The Pro Setups work on your console/server unless 100% of the cost that has been worked out has been paid.
5. By ordering a setup, you acknowledge that you already have the money available, and ready to pay.
6. You’re not allowed to take credit for any of our work under any circumstances.
7. Charge Backing is absolutely not allowed, all payments are non-refundable unless, you resolve the situation with an agent. If under any circumstances you do chargeback without talking to an agent, all your server files will be released, you will be reported on Mc-M, and possibly the authorities may be involved.
8. You acknowledge that we are allowed to cease work with you at any given time.
9. If an agent of ThePro Setups hires builders, artists, web designers, web developers, Administrators, and system administrators to do a commission for your server/network, 10% of all sale(s) that occur on the purchase, must be paid to an agent of the ThePro Setups. For example, if the commission was set on $100 dollars, ThePro Setups would receive $10 on top of the $100, because we ThePro Setups, hired the worker on your behalf to do a commision.
10. Payments are done through PayPal Friends and Family. As the client, you are required to pay the exact amount required, meaning you are required to pay the transaction fee.
11. As a client you’re required to be respectful to our agents at all times, same goes for us. So treat us with the same respect, and we will get along fine.
12. The files get sent to the client via in their preferred way (Link/Zip etc.)
13. We have the right to decline service to any potential clients.
14. The terms stated are subject to change at any time (all clients that are undergoing a setup will be notified of any changes, if any changes occur while we are undergoing a setup).
