This guy made a chargeback i have enough proof to win [Advice Needed]

So ok to quickly explain this, a guy made a deal for a setup i made the setup for him. No problems but suddenly the guy started sending premium plugins to me wich is leaking right?

"No refunds" And he violated the rule of leaking plugins so we abandonned contact .

I need advice on what to do now.

start a scam dispute on PayPal thats what ive done with a guy that scammed me on a MC MineCon cape

it should NOT cost money to call your local paypal support. In the Netherlands the service number is a 0800 number, which are free to call.
I would expect it to be so with belgium as well.
