ToggleChat - Toggle Chat and PMs (/msg) off! $3

Hey guys, so I created this plugin hoping to sell it to an individual (made it before talking to the individual) however they got it made already by the time I had PMd him. Anyways, off to what this does

ToggleChat lets you do a command (/togglechat) and you will not be able to see anything that anyone else types unless they have the permission togglechat.bypass

Not only does it block viewing chat, but it also blocks people from PMing (/msg) you with profanity. This is a great plugin for youtubers on your server especially since most of them don't want spam or cuss from the chat in their videos. Although it blocks what other players on the server type, it still allows the player to see regular chat messages. For example, if I have chat toggled and I type /spawn, I will still see the message Please stand still for 5 seconds...

A good example of when youtubers may be of need of this plugin is shown on p0wer0wner 's video HERE at 9:17. As you can see he tried doing /plotme claim, however since he likes to have his chat off, he had to go back and turn it off (while still seeing some possible immature chat messages [gladly there were none at that video]) do the command, then turn the chat back off.

Commands:
/togglechat - toggle the chat but still be able to use any command! Also blocks PMs (/msg)
(Exception: the toggled player will still be able to see other players' messages if they have the togglechat.bypass permission)

Permissions:
togglechat.use - use this command
togglechat.bypass - Bypass the limit
