Hi,

My name is Matt, I am 15 years old and currently study business. My main passion is making money whether it be for myself or to make a company even more successful. If you were to put me in a team I would be able to contribute my ideas that would hopefully lead to the success of the business, I am also a hard worker when asked to work alone on a project. As I manager I would want to ensure that the people working for me enjoy working for me and I have respect from them. Without the respect from your employees I do not see the company turning into a successful outcome. I have studied business for a total of 1 and a 1/2 years and currently considering taking it on for further education. If I was to go into business I am really keen to get into the retail industry and I really enjoy the idea of continuous flow production. When I finish my GCSEs I plan to set-up my own company however if I get a stable position/placement I would be delighted to except it. I believe that if you hire me for this position I will bring a new style and comfort to the business atmosphere. If I were to say my strength it would have to be that I already have a large amount of experience and am planning to expand on that, I also have the dedication and flow of interest when I am enjoying what I am doing. In 5 years I see myself working in a stable position or at further education studying either Business Management or Law (Commercial Specialised).

In my opinion, my experience really puts me in front of the audience. I am currently in the process of organising a work experience package with a large discount retailer in the UK and plan to work in the management department of that company. Currently I work at a charity shop volunteering my Saturday afternoon to working on the shop floor. I was a youtuber manager from October 2014 to February 2015(I no longer offer these services, please contact someone else if you require youtuber contacts). I have also ran my own companies that have turned over from $1000-$10000.
