Update FAQ and Rules

I wanted to create an alternate account for the purpose of testing viewing permissions of my account details, and I thought I'd read through the rules once more to double check if that was allowed, and what the process was for doing that.
I was certain the deal was, you message staff about it, then it's all alright, but I just wanted to know what to say, and on which account...

Business accounts
Your personal and business account will always be linked. This means that if your personal account is banned, your business account will also be banned, and vice versa.
Your business account should only be used for advertising and managing your service.
You may share your business account with other users.
Keep this in mind when transacting on your business account and interacting on your personal account.

However, when I read the rules, it said nothing about having alternate accounts.
The most closely related section to alts was rules on your business account.
It does not say how many "business accounts" you can have. (though I think we can all assume "1")
It doesn't say if you have to use it for business or anything at all, which I would not be...
It doesn't say what the process is for creating a business account, or getting it linked to your private account.
For anyone who had not spent time in shoutbox with Anthony, or heard through the grapevine, they would not even know that you're supposed to message staff about it.
I have, and even I am confused.

It needs updating. More information about the process and the details.
Also...
The space between the low quality posts' list and the "Business Accounts" section is missing.
Unlike how all the other paragraphs are formatted, there is no extra space between the list and the header for business accounts.



As for the FAQ:

While I was in the reading mood, I thought I'd skim through any recent updates to the FAQ, I noticed that in the FAQ, it says:

Can I see why a user was banned?
You can not see it yourself, however you may ask administration the reason for a ban if you feel it necessary. We typically discourage dealing with banned users.

Either I've misinterpreted the question and answer, or this is false.
We can quite easily see when, why, and by whom a user was banned via the banlist:

This should either be updated/removed or clarified.

Now, about what you've said, I will just clear up some things for you.

1) Only one account is allowed per entity. Therefore, you may have 1 personal account and 1 business account. I wasn't aware it wasn't established in our rules and I'm sorry about that. However, this is established in our Terms of Service.

By using the Service, you agree that you will not: (i) create more than one account for yourself; (ii) create another account if MCM have already disabled your account, unless you have MCM's written permission to do so; (iii) buy or sell access to your account without MCM's written permission; (iv) share your account password; and (v) log in or attempt to access the Service through unauthorized third-party applications or clients.

2) As for the FAQ, the FAQ has not been updated since we allowed the Banned Users list to be public again. I'm sure this will be updated soon.

Does it matter which admin I message?
From which account, business, or personal, do I message the admins?
What do I say to prove that the business account is mine, and that I'm not just claiming this new account is mine? (though who would do that? I'm not sure)

Honestly, it's probably not necessary. Informing any staff member is probably fine. If you wish to do so, you can message Mick about it. However, we don't currently "link" accounts and there is no special process for creating business accounts. Business accounts are just created like you created your personal account.

I didn't actually expect a link of any sort. >.<
I just want to be sure that if I tell YOU for example that I'm making an alt...
Anthony's not going to come over with his ban hammer and wreck me.
I think we've all seen how ruthless he can be, just be looking at the banlist.
