Updating a big plugin $40

Hi I'm here to find an experienced developer that can respond fast and be reliable, and has the capabilities of adding some features and fixing some outdated bugs on a plugin with a few game modes.

Note that this plugin was made around 1.7-1.8, and since I am updating the server to 1.9.x, there are a few bugs. Some of the features and tweaks I am wanting to add should be customizable, and basically most of the tweaks are making all texts more modernized. There are about 10 things I am asking to fix, or add/change, but about %70 of those are just outdated bugs that need to be updated.

My budget is around $40 if anybody would like to know. Please reply to this post first then add me so I can see who would like to take on this task. Thanks!

I have a lot of experience with re-coding/coding such big plugins with multiple classes, packages, ect. The max plugin I've coded was 5,000 altogether with all the classes, and packages combined.
