Hey there. I want a small plugin coded. We have this advertiser using bots over 10 times a day, I want to block out a word in the domain, when this word is said it runs the command /cc and mutes them. PM me if interested .

You should get the developer to block all IP's registered. It can be done within 2 simple methods, so your budget will still be suitable.
