Today I am selling my server "UtopianCraft". The server is not public yet, and is not fully setup, however it does have a significant amount done to it, leaving you with the freedom of finishing the server in your way! This server was intended to be a unique Towny server with a modpack like experience! I am giving up on the server progress due to more lack of motivation, higher priorities, and many other personal reasons!

This unique group of plugins have the ability to create a mod like experience in towny! These plugins can make 300+ new items, new plants/foods, custom bosses, lootable ruins, and much more! PLEASE NOTE: I am not going to include the premium plugins, you would have to buy them from the creator. These plugins are not to benefit me in profit, but are just included in the server I have setup.
You will not receive server hosting! You will just receive the files through a zipped folder, and the rest of the listed items.

I am personally not a fan of MCM auctions, as they take a lot of effort to keep up on, and are messy, so this is a buy it now!

Website: Theme Was Custom Made For $65 - Have Used It For A Past Server - Self Valued At $15? - Plus has many days left on it (94 Advanced days as of 9/20/15)
Effort: I figured around $10 of effort was put in! By this I mean website setup, rank setup, server progress etc..
Estimated Worth: $87.50

Details:
Everything will be sent to you once payment is received. You will get the server files through a zipped folder. You will receive the logo (with transparent background), the domain ( utopiancraft.com the domain will be sent to you via the domain transfer code! This code allows you to transfer the domain to any host you want!), the website will be transferred to your enjin account, the builds will be sent to you via schematic form.
This is the default way. I am in no way under violation if you decide you want something transferred another way, and I comply.
Strict No Chargeback/Refund Policy!
Neither party is allowed to request a refund in any way, shape or form! A minor contract/terms and conditions will be provided before payment is sent, and the transaction is completed!
