UUID PROBLEM

When I promote someone on my server 'Hub' it takes an UUID. That UUID seems not to match the one on the factions server, so the database entry reffering to a player is not properly read and requires two UUIDs to link to another player. So, in order to promote someone, I need to do it twice on two different consoles.Can someone please help me to fix it? You can open a price for it.
