About Our Server Welcome to Valryn Network. the ultimate competitive Ranked BedWars experience and Survival SMP. Our server is dedicated to providing fair, balanced, and highly competitive matches for players of all skill levels. We’re looking for passionate staff to help maintain a high-level competitive environment while supporting our growing community.
Available Staff Positions We are recruiting staff to support our network:
Helper – Minimum Age: 16- Assist players with ranked matchmaking, kits, and game mechanics
- Help enforce rules and maintain fair gameplay
Moderator – Minimum Age: 16- Monitor competitive matches and player reports
- Handle disputes, cheating reports, and toxic behavior
- Support helpers and ensure smooth operation of competitive ladders
Administrator – Minimum Age: 16- Oversee server operations and ranked systems
- Implement improvements to matchmaking, leaderboards, and events
- Collaborate with the owner team to enhance competitive gameplay
Exceptions to the AGE requirement can be made depending on maturity and experience within that role. As well as passing an interview stage
Candidate Requirements We’re looking for staff who are:
Passionate about competitive BedWars and game balance Mature and professional in all interactions Skilled in communication and conflict resolution Able to work collaboratively with a team Committed to enforcing rules and maintaining fair play Active and reliable during peak competitive hours
