The funny thing is - first you fired a developer who knew what he was doing for no reason whatsoever, then you are now looking for a replacement? You fired two staff who you made up lies about to have an excuse - Honestly I was the man for the job - I have worked for 86servers who had a lot of players and used to own a server that made £2k+. Honestly factions servers are boaring - get a custom gamemode and learn how to make plugins and config - best advice...
