Who are we?

Venom Craft- We are a Minecraft Factions-Rading-PvP server. VC has been open since early 2012, back then in the late 2012s going on into the early 2014s we were averaging 250 players all day and going up to 400 at peak times. From that time on our player base has just decreased, we have had abusive staff but the main cause of the decreasing in players is because of our lazy developer team. When we needed a problem fixed it would take them days upon days to respond to us and even when they did the plugins/bugs wouldn’t be fixed on time. We VC are looking for a change and want to increase that player base to what we know this server has the potential to go to.


What do we need?

We need a pair of Developers who are passionate and dedicated to help our server grow to what it is meant to be at. We want developers who are willing to stay with us through rough times and through good times. We need you to be able to be in contact with us on a day to day basis and be willing to help us with any problems that we may need fixing.


What we are offering-

We are offering you 2 basis of payment options at Venom Craft Gaming, basis 1 is an x amount of payment (delivered through PayPal) for bug fixes and the time it takes to get the x amount of bugs fixed. Basis 2 is a payment for creating x plugin needed for the server and the x time it takes to make. All payments will be delivered through PayPal.

What you need-

1-2 Years of Java Experience

The understanding of the Bukkit API

Being able to fix x work given in the amount of time we ask it to be delivered by

Being able to speak and write English

Teamspeak is our main source of communication that you will need but also skype to keep in contact with owners

Being able to be dedicated and committed to the x task given

What is recommended to have -

Knowing how to work with integrating MySQL with Java

Knowing how to work with BungeeCord API

Having previous work that you will be able to show us

He most likely needs you to accept a contract, but I guess their parents could still cosign.

I dont need to make a contact but you know there is lots of scammers out there so i would like for you to be older because the chances of someone older scamming is lower than a 14 year old.
