Hello there I have recently started a factions server and I was interested in hiring some staff members.
Currently what I am looking for is experienced Moderators with the knowledge and skills to manage staff below them and to be able to familiarize their self with the plugins on the server to be able to help the members in any way possible.
Also looking for Modlets which essentially is a chat mod who will be familiar with the rules and able to be active in the server and discord chat they would also need to be friendly and helpful when needed in the game.
Finally, I am looking for an event organizer who will be able to promote the server in a healthy way by hosting daily, weekly, and possibly monthly events to keep the players actively engaged with the server.
