Many people complain about vouches and stuff I've seen, here is what I think would be a good solution

There is a special sub-forum named "Vouches" in which any member may create one thread to receive vouches and such. The person creating the thread would put
  • Forum Name
  • Services He/She offers
And any member that deals with them will fill out the following form
  • Forum Member you dealt with
  • Type of service
  • Total amount transfered
  • How would you rate the transaction (1-5, 5 being top notch & 1 meaning you were scammed or won't recommend working with this person
  • Any side notes you would like to list of the transaction (Extra feedback on the user)
They would also have to fill out the following set of questions, only Administrators and Moderators would see these though. These question are to verify the transaction was legitimate.
  • If your transaction went through on skype, please provide proof of the transaction through screenshots, pastebin, hastebin, or other services that can be used to paste transaction onto a website were it can be viewed. (NOTE: If your transaction did not go through on skype, please fill this part as N/A)
  • If your transaction went through a PM on MC-market, please post screen shots of the PMs or state that you would like an administrator to look at the transaction instead. (NOTE: If you closed the PM you may not vouch.)
  • Please provide proof (screen shots) of you receive the item you've purchased, if you have any questions on how to provide these screen shots, please check the guide.
This guide will tell you which type of proof you need to provide for each type of service.

SERVER
If you purchased a server, please post screen shots of the files being transfered & a screen shot of you saying "MC-Market @yourmcmusername"

BUILDS
If you purchased builds, please provide screen shots of the builds in game. Please post in chat "MC-Market @yourmcusername" and make sure that can be seen on every screen shot.

PLUGINS
If you purchased a plugin, please provide screen shots of the /plugin command and make sure it shows the plugin listed there, then provide the plugins /help menu in a screenshot also

GRAPHICS
If you purchased graphics, please provide screen shots of the artist sending you rough drafts and the final product. If needed, watermark the pictures or ask the artist to do it for you

When all of these are verified, the vouch will be listed on his/her thread. This will count as verified vouch and will be listed as one rating for the user. Ratings will also vary depending on the review.

If a user receives a 1 or 2 star rating they will receive a negative rating.
If a user receives a 3 star rating they will receive a neutral rating.
If a user receives a 4 or 5 star rating they will receive a positive rating.

To encourage users to fill out the form, they will receive two ratings added to their profile for every vouch approved.

Looks like you spent a lot of time on this.
This seems well thought out and I think it should be added.
Though now, the staff will be pretty busy if they have to go through every single vouch.
They might need to add another staff member just dedicated to this, and that's not fun XD
Maybe this could all be peer reviewed, meaning regular members can go and up or down the vouch seeing how they feel if it is real or not, then if it has a high number of ups, then a staff member looks at it.

I'm not sure what happened to it, but I do believe MCM used to have something similar, but a bit less complicated, with a "Vouch" category in the forums. It was limited to Premiums and up to create a feedback thread, but I believe anyone was able to give a vouch. I'm not sure why it was ever removed, but every user with services having a feedback thread is a great idea!

I think only "de-vouches" should be verified, and there should be minimum account limits on giving feedback, to prevent alt'ing.

Well the administrative verification is to attempt to stop Alts and Fake Vouches, no matter what you do someone will always find an exploit to it.

Uhm...MC related Deals are the main part of this site? Yes, they are at your own risk, but feedback systems are necessary in order to prevent future deals that go wrong.

I know, but the point is for fake vouches to be stopped that way there's a propper way of knowing who is to trust and who isnt to to trust.

RED - Do not deal with
Neutral - Deal with lots of caution
Green - Deal with caution

i assume this will show somewhere on the profile? already been tested and it failed miserably.
someone had like 30 'vouches' within a day of it being added.

That's why there's a verification, to make sure vouches are legitimate. People are still going to be able to vouch on threads, but what will really count is the vouches verified by users. If this is pushed and implemented correctly it could protect many people from being scammed in the future.

Good feedback ensures that they've done successful deals. Bad feedback should still be a successful deal, but with issues arising. Scams should be reported.

At least that's what I think would be best. We may not even need bad feedback after all, could be abused, and if scammed, a scam report could do the trick. But the current vouch system on a users profile could get crowded with other messages, it's best to give each user a feedback page.
