Warzone area around my spawn

Hello MCM,

I basically need a nice war zone area around the spawn. I want the war zone area to have some custom trees, gravel paths, little houses, water features, caves.

If you are not clear on what I want I can show you some servers which have nice war zones.

I do not want to spend a lot.
