Is it possible to sell unbans? It could be a good idea because I think users learn their lesson if they need to pay a fee to get unbanned. But not sure if this is allowed haha

exemption, how about we actually listen to the reason why mojang is doing this instead of ignoring it?
i know you just do it for the money... but advice like: just don't bother listening to mojang and just don't follow the rules because yolo.. isn't really advice...

After actually reading the EULA, I think it's safe to say that you could compare it to Communism.

How would the EULA be if thousands and thousands of servers were breaking the EULA and ignoring them?

Well its nots like mojang is making any obvious efforts to, err, stop people from breaking the EULA, if they started banning MC accounts or starting an anti-eula greifing club in response to people breaking the EULA then I think more people would listen :p

One base rule is within the EULA, if you charge then you must allow the same for the ones that didn't paid (except for access if everyone have to pay for the same "fares").

While you can't charge a player in order for that player get an item, you CAN still charge for items as long they are server wise.

Meaning you can charge say $25 for a diamond, as long as everyone gets a diamond when someone paid for that diamond then your are remaining EULA compliance.

One thing you will have to reconsider though is charging enough to cover past rates. For instance in our diamond example if you used to charge $5 for a person to get a diamond and 5 diamonds were brought on average monthly. Then as long as one $25 "pack" is brought within a month average then you would still be "racking/raising" the similar amount.
