Greetings, I’m looking for solid people to join the core team across a network of established Minecraft and Discord communities. This isn’t a tiny startup Discord with 200 members pretending to be a “brand.” Across our platforms we’re sitting at over:

• 160,000+ combined members
• 40,000 subscribers
• 100,000+ monthly unique views
• Currently pre-monetization

That last part matters.

We’ve already built the audience. We’ve already built the traffic. We’re now tightening the structure before monetization rolls out. The people who come in now and genuinely contribute won’t just be “staff” — they’ll be part of the foundation, and when revenue starts moving, the ones who helped build will be compensated properly. Not vague promises. Not exposure. Real compensation for real contribution. Before then, there are incentive rewards and bonuses so that your time is compensated.

I’m not looking for ego. I’m not looking for people who collect roles and server hop. I’m looking for people who actually enjoy building communities and are willing to put real effort in.

Community Managers (x2)​

This is leadership, but not the loud, dramatic kind. You’re steady. You think long-term. You care about growth, structure, and keeping momentum alive.

You’ll be:

• Overseeing engagement across large communities.
• Creating initiatives, events, and content pushes that actually get traction.
• Coordinating staff and making sure standards don’t slip. (this one is important)
• Helping shape strategy as we move toward monetization.
• Stepping in when things need direction, not chaos.

You should:

• Have experience with larger Discord communities.
• Understand community psychology — not just rules.
• Be consistent and available.
• Be able to make firm decisions without turning everything into a power play.

Community Admins (x2)​

You’re the backbone. Calm, structured, reliable.
You’ll be:

• Handling moderation escalations and appeals.
• Supporting and guiding moderators.
• Maintaining order without suffocating the community.
• Keeping documentation, permissions, and systems clean.
• Watching for risks before they turn into problems.

You should:

• Have strong judgment.
• Be fair and level-headed.
• Be comfortable managing bots, roles, and server infrastructure.
• Separate personal feelings from decisions.

Community Moderators (x4)​

You’re the visible layer. The people members interact with daily.
You’ll be:

• Actively moderating chat and voice.
• Handling toxicity quickly and fairly.
• Welcoming new members and setting the tone.
• Reporting patterns and recurring issues.
• Helping keep energy up instead of letting things stagnate.

You should:

• Have real availability.
• Be mature.
• React quickly but think clearly.
• Communicate like a human, not a template.
