I am looking for a professional and experienced web developer to join my setups team, your job would be crucial in our team if you give us the chance to show it, you may not get paid straight away as we are a new team.
What would you do in your job?
Your job would be crucial, if someone needed a website you would be the person that would sort there website out, whether this be a personal website or a website they are trying to make for a business. You do not need to know how to use Xenforo for this job, although I would like you too as people may need a Xenforo website or Enjin, although I know how to use both of those roughly and another developer of mine could help me our with Xenforo/Enjin, just a bonus if you do know how to use them. Im not sure if many people would agree with this but I would like it if you could do work for the setups company for free as it will benefit yourself and me, if you cannot work for free this is fine.
How would payment work?
1). I would get of the buyer what exactly they need for there website.
2). I would tell you what they need and you would give me a sustainable price and we agree on a price.
3). You start on the job and keep showing me updates.
4). Once the job is done, you show me and I pay you then you send me the files etc...
