Looking for a web developer able to create two similar wordpress plugins and able to create a user panel for these. our budget is $200. Our current site is Nectox.com a e-sports news website. The plugins are a match-ticker and a bet ticker which moderators of the site can use a user panel to create matches / betting predictions and input stats about the past past or a commingling match.

Its not an extensive feature, its most of the work is with having a simple to use panel and most of the API is already out there so a develop worth their money and a knowledge of API's and wordpress could do this in a few days and for $200 their making a killing.

Why would there be an algorithm? the betting prediction would be by a site moderator which would input text and odds and possibly some statistics which readers would read. Nothing very complicated
