Most shared web hosting providers (including us) use cPanel for web hosting management. While port 2082 is generally open, it is used by cPanel and therefore not usable by the client.
If that is OK, we have web hosting plans starting from $0.67/month (when paid annually) here: https://clovux.net/web
If you need to use port 2082 yourself, we would suggest a VPS instead. We have affordable OpenVZ VPS plans available here: https://clovux.net/vps
We've been around since 2014, which is much longer than most other hosts around here.
Novonode offer what I need, with cpanel, would recommend to anyone else needing this!
