Website button to discord bot

Hi, I wanted my discord bot to do something when a button is clicked on my website. Can someone give me an idea on how to do it? Thank you. Respect post pls.

Thanks, I'm using PHP.
I actually figured it out with webhooks. I used PHP however i have problem mentioning a user with the bot. The username is already inputted but
discord = "\@".$_POST['discord'];
isnt seem to be working. Can someone help plss?
